This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and it is worth the 2 hour travel time from Plattsburgh, New York. There are closer Volkswagen dealerships, but working with Rod Cook is such a pleasure, that we wouldn't consider going anywhere else! All of the employees (including the service and financing departments) are welcoming and I would describe the process as extremely low pressure. Even going back for regularly scheduled service such as oil changes is like being welcomed back by old friends. This is the best car buying experience I've personally ever experienced! More

The service department (Dennis or Terry) always returns phone calls in a timely manner. The service advice has been reliable and reasonable for the age/condition of the car. The service is performed as promised. Just plain, good reliable service all around. It is hard to find these days. We have owned up to 7 cars at a time but have always considered Walker to provide the best service as compared to the service departments for our other vehicles (and some of those are "luxury" brands.)
