Check the work before leaving I drove my 2018 Outback 3.6R in for a 12,000 mile service. I was the last appointment on a Friday. Everyone was very professional and friendly as usua I drove my 2018 Outback 3.6R in for a 12,000 mile service. I was the last appointment on a Friday. Everyone was very professional and friendly as usual. It was after 5 pm when the work was finished. I drove away and within a few minutes, the warning light for low oil came on. When I stopped to check, the car was about 2 quarts low. The dealership was already closed for the weekend, so I stopped at an auto parts store and added oil. Based on how much oil I added, I believe the technician provided service for the 2.5 liter engine, rather than the 3.6 liter I drive. Glad I caught it before real damage was done. Will I return for service? I don’t know. Mistakes happen, but this could have been very damaging. At the very least I will insist on checking all work before leaving. More

Kyle Campbell was everything I personally want in a salesman. Courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. I don't normally do this but I plan on having Montgomery Subaru handle all of my vehicle maintenance as well. More

Drew and the team made this an amazing experience! I have to say this has been one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had (and I've been buying cars since 1979!)! Drew, our salesman, and th I have to say this has been one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had (and I've been buying cars since 1979!)! Drew, our salesman, and the entire team were outstanding. Even though the Crosstrek I wanted was not in stock, they persevered in locating a similar one that was in route to GA, and the owner personally coordinated with the owner of the dealership in GA to make sure it was delivered to Montgomery instead. Even though it didn't have everything I was looking for (dimming side view mirrors and Dome lights), they added what I wanted right at the dealership, in one day! And they gave me a discount for the wait! They gave me a great price on my new Crosstrek and a very reasonable price for my trade-in. Additionally, everyone was super friendly, honest, professional, and courteous! I couldn't ask for a better experience. Great job guys! More

Excellent Customer Service Consistently I bought a Subaru Outback from them in May 2017. The customer service I have received in the last year has been awesome. They helped me get tree sap o I bought a Subaru Outback from them in May 2017. The customer service I have received in the last year has been awesome. They helped me get tree sap off of my car after a trip at no charge. They found a nail in the side wall of my tire and gave me a loaner until they could get new tires in. Dennis is always kind and willing to help me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I have dealt with several in the past, they are the absolute best! More
