After working with several other Subaru dealerships within 150 miles, it was Drew Gim’s patience, upfront pricing, and outstanding customer service that really stood out. I never once felt pressured or hassled and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. He always kept me informed on when my vehicle would be arriving and went above and beyond to make me feel more than just a number. Most correspondence was done via email, but when it came time to visit the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by both Drew and Mr. Danielson (owner). It really impressed me that Mr. Danielson took the extra time to speak with me (and others) and personally expressed how grateful for my business. He proudly mentioned that his wife, daughter, and (formerly) his son all worked there. This is truly a family business and it shows! The purchase process was very smooth and I feel like pricing was very fair/competitive. However, it was the outstanding customer service by Drew, the sales/finance team (Kyle Campbell and Tim Dooley) that made me choose them over the others. This is our first Subaru, but hopefully not our last. If/when we decide to purchase another, Montgomery Subaru will be at the top of our list!
