Worst Experience I have had in years I ordered a new car and was encouraged to trade my used Subaru in. I paid a deposit signed an agreement price for the new car. I was told I would be surprised at what they would give me for my car if I would trade it in. Boy was I surprised, I will not say what I was offered, it was too insulting. Two days later I get an email from Subaru wanting me to trade my car in. Put in my vin number and they give me a Guaranteed trade-in price of 3 times the amount I was offered. Twice what I ultimately received. I fill like I have been robbed and have been sick ever since. Can't be happy with my new car with this sick filling of being robbed. In the past I have recommended this dealer to several people. I will not again. I will never buy from them again. So fare I like the service department. More

Initially I contacted the dealership via their website and received a professional, informative response from the Internet Sales Consultant, Drew Gim...he supplied me with the necessary information which helped me make a decision on my new car purchase. Drew let me know when a good match for my model was going to be delivered...the following day I drove to Montgomery to meet Drew and see the car...needless to say, I fell in love with the car and drove it home that day. One addition thing I’d like to mention is that my hometown has two Subaru dealerships, but after contacting Montgomery, I knew that a short 1 1/2 hour drive was so worth it. More
