I was presented with a great price on a vehicle and not pressured into making a purchase. I felt I had control of the situation the whole time and was not held hostage. I arranged things beforehand and was in the door and out with my new car from test drive to keys in hand in 2 hours. I did not negotiate, they presented a price via email, then sent notice that it would be discounted even more, putting it within $200 of my desired purchase price. Rob was the best to deal with and the fact that the owner is in the office on a Saturday morning checking on his people was a refreshing surprise. Nothing but good to say about this group of people and this dealership. My only regret is that I didn't eat any ice cream while I was there. More

Wonderful car buying experience I have a dealer in town I live and I inquired about out price for new Outback from both via internet sales. Rob responded within an hour with a quote (other dealership responded but didn't give a quote). He held the vehicle we wanted for 3 days so we could come test drive. He is very knowledgable about vehicle and answered all our questions. We purchased and unfortunately while driving home we were involved in wreck and vehicle was totaled. (Being in Outback probable saved my life) I called Rob just to let him know and he offered to come get us and take us home or bring a loaner vehicle to us. Talk about customer service! I just wish I had used them when I repurchased replacement Outback! More

I immediately contacted the Internet manager Rob Anderson as I was very eager to test drive the Soul. Mr. Anderson responded so quickly and set up an appointment that afternoon for me to come test drive it. I fell in love with the Kia and decided I wanted to make it mine. Rob was so helpful, he really made it a stress free transaction (which was VERY much appreciated as I was already handling the stress of my recently totaled car and dealing with the insurance company). I highly recommend Montgomery Subaru and especially salesperson Rob Anderson! Everyone over there is so friendly and helpful, and they're certainly in the business of turning car shopping into a fun experience. I'm very pleased with my new car as well!
