A lover of German automobiles, I narrowed the search to an Audi Q5, Mercedes GLC 300, and threw in the Subaru because consumer reports haunted me. My husband and I were in Montgomery from Charlotte for Thanksgiving and capitalized on the free time to look at the vehicles. After test driving both the Mercedes and the Audi the decision was made to go with the GLC. However, I had already spoken to Kyle from Montgomery Subaru so as a courtesy, decided test drive the 2.5 and 3.6 Outback. When we arrived both Kyle and John greeted us at the door and offered water to the weary travelers. (It doesn't sound like much but after an 8 hour car drive, 2 hours in a Mercedes dealership with not even a water fountain offered, it was a huge deal). The car I asked Kyle to test drive was waiting for me at the front without having to look on the lot. (Another huge win over the Mercedes dealer) Now on to the car. The Outback drove well, had all the extras I would have had to pay extra for on the GLC, and was $15k less than the GLC. However, I am still not convinced and I have a few months to look. Kyle sat my husband and I down with John and there was no looking back. Zero haggling, a price that was 6k less than anywhere else I looked, and most importantly respect. I have been in sales a very long time. I will always do business with someone who treats me the way I treat people. Kyle, John, and Tim in financing convinced me I was not a Mercedes driver. I drove home in my new Outback elated I made my first impulsive buy! More

Very friendly toward out of town customers. First of all, I live in Tallahassee, FL and my experience with out of town dealerships had been mediocre at best. I was looking for a specific car and First of all, I live in Tallahassee, FL and my experience with out of town dealerships had been mediocre at best. I was looking for a specific car and it turned up at this dealership. I emailed the internet sales team around 8 AM. I knew I would have to wait to hear from someone because of the time change. However, much to my surprise, I received a call 30 minutes before they open from Robert Anderson, the internet sales manager. I explained my situation and what I had to trade in. I knew that the trade in was going to be a hard thing to work out since I wasn't right there but after sending some photos of my vehicle (I also filled out the value my trade link on their website), they gave me an estimate on how much they would be willing to offer me and gave me a fair amount. I filled out a financing application and by the afternoon, my wife and I were on our way to make the deal. We got a bit of a late start to get there but they stayed late to get the deal worked out. Robert Anderson and the sales staff are top notch! What they provided was a prime example of customer service in the auto industry! I will be considering them for any future auto needs I may have. Excellent Whole Experience I bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy and my experience was very pleasant. I interacted with their internet manager Robert Anderson to get a quote for my car. I bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy and my experience was very pleasant. I interacted with their internet manager Robert Anderson to get a quote for my car. Apart from Rob being a wonderful person, I appreciated few things that made him and the dealership stand apart - the response was very quick, the quote was good (as compared to dealers in the area), the behavior was genuine and the conversations regarding inquiry never pressured me into buying (no hassling phone calls, no guilt, etc.) rather helped me to make a good conscious decision on my own. The people are very experienced, professional and transparent I would hands down recommend this place and also the people - the owner and the staff! I hope they bring smiles to more Subaru customers in the near future. We came back when they were opened at the very first person came out within minutes. Shane Fletcher asked if he could help. We asked if Donni was there. He stated he would be right back. Within minutes Donni and Shane came right out. Donni explained that Shane would be there for any questions. My wife informed him that she wanted to see the three vehicle she loved. She picked two and asked for the pricing and everything. Shane was a great salesman and helped.We then went in and the folks there were such a great help and my wife decided to purchase a silver Outback. They went to great lenths to give us a great deal and we love the vehicle. More
