I had been in touch with Rob via email prior to my visit, but I couldn't have imagined a better experience than I had working with him in person. He had the vehicle fully ready to go upon my arrival, and was extremely helpful, down-to-earth, honest, and friendly throughout the process. I hopefully won't need to purchase another car in the near future, but I would absolutely work with Rob and the rest of the Montgomery Subaru team again whenever the time comes. More

After reading the reviews in Consumer Reports, he decided that he wanted to consider a Subaru, a vehicle brand he had never owned. Robert Anderson had "patience" in dealing with him, and Mr. Anderson could also promptly answer questions that he had without any unnecessary sales pitch. After a short lunch break, my father's decision was made. The sale was equally as easy as the looking and comparison. The entire staff was friendly and helpful which is more than I can say for other dealerships that we visited. I would have no reservations in recommending Robert Anderson or Montgomery Subaru to family and friends. From what I have been told, I believe that the experience with the service department will be equally as good. More

Wonderful Experience! I leased my first Subaru after researching cars for approximately 70 hours over a few months. I knew I wanted an Outback but was going to Birmingham to inquire about test driving one since I live in Tuscaloosa. After an unpleasant experience in Birmingham, I found the Montgomery Web site and hit the "request an e-lease" button. Kyle Campbell at Montgomery Subaru promptly emailed me back and answered every one of my many, many questions over a 3 month period. Kyle never once pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable--quite the opposite. I felt as though I was speaking with a trusted friend who was truly trying to help me in this big purchase decision. I have two little girls and safety is my number one priority in purchasing a car. Kyle and the rest of the Montgomery Subaru family made me feel at home, at ease, and comfortable with the entire process. I ended up getting a 2017 Outback Premium that I am IN LOVE WITH (seriously...why is this only my FIRST Subaru?!?) From Kyle to the GM to the Finance Manager, everyone treated me with respect and kindness and made the day easy and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Montgomery Subaru and Kyle to all my friends and will, Lord willing, be back in the future to continue purchasing a Subaru. This is my 5th car I've either purchased or leased and Kyle was the first sales person to ever sit in the car with me and go over all the features/buttons/etc. He wanted me to understand my vehicle and I was very appreciative of that. I was met by John Danielson and shown a good selection of the Crosstrek. I was matched up with the keys to one that met my needs as described to John. After driving the Crosstrek Limited I knew this was the car I wanted. John, Tim, and Kyle set to work putting together a deal that would work for me. At 4:00pm that afternoon i was headed back up I-85 with the car I wanted. I would rate this opportunity to buy from Montgomery Subaru as the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. And it was all initiated, processed, and completed on a Saturday for a customer from out of town and out of state. Great job Montgomery Subaru. More
