I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a more engaging and intelligent automobile sales person. Every feature of the vehicles we considered were fully explained prior to test driving. Once our selection was made and the closing took place, Ms Chandler then took the time to cover each and every feature of the vehicle once again to ensure we fully understood how everything worked. There was never a feeling of being pressured during our face to face negotiations or once we returned home to make our final decision. Many companies talk about being family owned and wanting to you to feel like a part of their extended family but few can really deliver on those promises. I waited till my "Love Encore" appointment to write my review for my car and my experience so I could review everything and everyone involved in my experience and in this wonderful place. I just can't express enough how fantastic my experience has been thus far with this car purchase from the first test drive with the incredibly informed and professional Tristen to the paperwork (usually a total drudgery but not here!) to the first time back a month later for my "Love encore" re-education appointment which is just a brilliant and thoughtful idea by the way. This product, the car itself, could totally sell itself and I thoroughly researched cars for four months before purchase. But the cherry on top is the Montgomery showroom and staff as well. Just top-notch DECENT people all around. And how often does one say that about car dealerships? Unfortunately these folks are rare in this business. Tim in finance was great, making the actual purchase as painless as possible. Megan who helped me through the education/ all fine details of the bells and whistles, was so helpful and personable. And Tristen was not only a delight to deal with but also one of the most professional, informed salespeople I've ever met in any showroom in thirty five years! And I've been to a bunch! She sells a product she believes in on a very personal level--and she knows the product through and through. I now know why they call this appointment the Love encore. We went to other dealers who didn't take us serious nor wanted to compromise on pricing, but with Tristen and Donni they both worked hard in getting a price we could both be happy with. Tim was fabulous in closing the deal, and was nice enough to even stay over finishing up all the paper work so we could drive off the lot. For my first car buying experience they were great, because others were nasty and rude. Hospitality at it's finest when dealing with Tristen and Donni, of course Tim was as well. More
