THEY HAD A CAR THAT I WANTED TO BUY. MOST OF THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE BY PHONE. WE AGREED ON PURCHASE PRICE, DOWN PAYMENT AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD MARK THE CAR SOLD.
