Service Department fits the Stereotype I went in to service the 4 wheel drive on my truck. They made some repairs that cost $425 and didn't fix the problem. Moreover, I learned I could buy I went in to service the 4 wheel drive on my truck. They made some repairs that cost $425 and didn't fix the problem. Moreover, I learned I could buy the part at any Autozone for 1/2 what they charged me. They also tried to get me to replace my hubs for a humming sound that I declined. Shortly after, I noticed a hard grinding noise. When I took my truck back two weeks later and told them the problem wasn't fixed, they disagreed and said everything was fine except my hubs needed to be replaced as they originally said ($1,500). They also added on brakes struts and rotors to my list that needed to be replaced. So, in the matter of two weeks, my brakes struts and rotors got miraculously worse, my car didn't get fixed, and I am out of $425. Mind you, my car only has $56,000 miles on it and new brakes were purchased 2 years ago. I will never be using this dealership again and would strongly recommend any future customers stay away from them. Hope you all have better luck than I did. More

When I initially went to Montgomery Chevrolet Louisville I was a little taken back. It was during that cash for clunkers program and it; like every other dealership I went to, was packed. The main difference there was, that I didn't get ignored. When I walked inside, a salesmen immediately came up to me, and told me that every salesmen was working with 2 or 3 customers at the moment, and that somebody would be with me as soon as they can. I walked the lot for about 15 minutes, then a very nice salesmen came out to help me. They showed me what cars would qualify more to get $3500 for trade and what cars would qualify me to get $4500. I went with the Aveo, because it gets crazy gas millage and made my piece of junk 95 Chrysler worth $4500.. The salesmen neve rushed me, although he had other customers, he didn't try to mess with the price.. I will definitely be going back there for my next car purchase. More
