Employees don’t even know their own promotions or deals for service, lack of desire to help customers, and individuals carry themselves as if customers don’t matter and have no problem blowing you off it m for service, lack of desire to help customers, and individuals carry themselves as if customers don’t matter and have no problem blowing you off it makes their trip to the back to wander and roam that much longer . Lack of willingness to acknowledge discount deals they promote off their own website , and lack of motivation. I find myself calling them with status updates while they say they’ll call back, and never do. Never doing service their period . Glendora dealership is way better and more accommodating . Monrovia = Trash More
