I bought my minivan from Monrovia about 4 months ago and was very impressed with the team's professionalism and low pressure environment. While I was offered a ride home I elected to just wait for the service to be completed. The showroom is well stocked with coffee and water, there's free WiFi and plenty of place to sit either in the services waiting area or the showroom (with tables) so I was able to work with no issue. Took 3 day to diagnostic the problem and another 5 days to finish the repair. Another shop was able to diagnose the problem under an hour prior to me dropping h car off at the dealer.
