Though pricing is high, I was thankful to Monrovia CDJR for being attentive to my car issues. I am especially pleased with the service provided by Isaac. He was attentive, understanding, and transparent re for being attentive to my car issues. I am especially pleased with the service provided by Isaac. He was attentive, understanding, and transparent regarding my situation. I was also thankful to have received my vehicle washed this time around and with the fluids topped off. It demonstrated the attention to detail and quality of service. This experience provided me with customer satisfaction, of which I am thankful for. I hope I don't encounter any other major car troubles, but I know I'll be in good hands. I just hope pricing can be made more reasonable, especially to continued customers. More
The day I collected my vehicle as soon as I got on the freeway the vehicle shut off in the middle of the freeway and was leaking fuel. I had to push the vehicle over to the side of the freeway. At the sam freeway the vehicle shut off in the middle of the freeway and was leaking fuel. I had to push the vehicle over to the side of the freeway. At the same time my vehicle began to over heat and had to let the vehicle cool down before I can add water. Once vehicle cooled down I found the fuel line off that was spilling fuel all over the engine and plugged it back in. Two days later (today) a trouble code comes up for IAT sensor and I pulled over to look and found the plug disconnected from the sensor. More
