Fred Biyzaei was my service advisor assigned to my car. I went in because my water pump gave out on my charger and he said it may take 24-72 hours. My car wasn't ready until 5 days after i dropped it off. I went in because my water pump gave out on my charger and he said it may take 24-72 hours. Above that he said i was lucky because he took me in without an appointment which was a lie and when I told him I did have an appointment he said oh ok, well it's not ready yet. Then he said my radiator cap needs to be replaced because it's faulty, he wanted to charge me $90 for a radiator cap (which was $23) and the rest was just to screw it on. He said the labor was more because they had to run "tests" but I refused that service. The next day i changed my mind and I went in for them to order the cap and do the "tests" and javier approved the order. The day i went in to get my car they didn't put on the new cap nor did the tests they were going to do. Luckily they had the cap in the parts department so i bought it but when I confronted Fred about the supposed "necessary tests" they had to do with the new radiator cap he said i didn't have to do them and he seemed in a rush to have me leave. So it's seems to me it was all a scam to get money out of their "appreciated customers" definitely switching dealerships after this encounter. More

Was not able to diagnose the problem and kept my truck for three days and the truck only moved around lunch time. Had an extended warranty and wasn’t given a rental car. The cherry on top was I was not able to bring it in on Friday because that is the tech catch up day. So I had to miss work on Monday to bring in the truck for which they did nothing. If my truck broke down in front of the dealership, I would not bring it here More
