I've been having my Jeeps serviced at Monrovia CDJR for years and I always have a good experience. They provide a Lyft to and from my house and keep me posted on when my car is ready via text messages. And years and I always have a good experience. Very disappointed in how things were handled. This was nearly a $4k repair which had to be planned ahead of time. Came to pick up the car and was told it was test driven before I picked it up. Ho This was nearly a $4k repair which had to be planned ahead of time. Came to pick up the car and was told it was test driven before I picked it up. However that is clearly not the case. Even driving through the parking lot its clear there was an issue with the front end suspension which had just been worked on. Fixed while I wait - or at least I hope it was - as torquing things down was done properly the second time so my front end no longer sounds like its falling apart as I drive. This is after random 'suggestions' about needed repairs were given to me when I first brought the car in which were clearly not thought out. Don't suggest replacing an air filter without looking at the filter which had been replaced less than a month earlier. You have a terrible service department and I will not be returning and will warn my friend who suggested your location. More
