Outrageous service charges for installing 6 spark plugs $1000; Josh was good, but I won't be back. Service manager never called to follow up, means they care! I don't recommend this dealership! More

There may be some misconceptions about spark plugs when it comes to later model vehicles, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this seems to have caused. Accessing spark plugs behind the intake manifold has added to the labor time and parts expense. It wasn't so in the past, and we acknowledge this change has unfortunately impacted vehicle owners.
