There may be some misconceptions about spark plugs when it comes to later model vehicles, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this seems to have caused. Accessing spark plugs behind the intake manifold has added to the labor time and parts expense. It wasn't so in the past, and we acknowledge this change has unfortunately impacted vehicle owners. They charged me 3% credit card fee for oil change service, which is a shame for such a big company to charge their customers. Not even small retailers do that. Will not recommend to anyone or go back More
