Service dept. kept my car for almost 3 days, and didn't fix a thing on it. Very disappointed in the service this time around. Dropped my jeep on Monday at 10:45 for a scheduled appointment and didn't receive a call that day with a quote, information on work or any follow up. Dropped my jeep on Monday at 10:45 for a scheduled appointment and didn't receive a call that day with a quote, information on work or any follow up. Tuesday I received a message at 3:44 to call fred back (nothing more) and I returned his call at 4:45. Did not hear from him again until Friday when I demanded to speak to someone on the whereabouts of my Jeep. I left many messages along the way and also with the manager (no response). Friday he quickly quoted off work to be done and we approved but needed the Jeep done by Saturday. Once I received the call Friday afternoon that the jeep was ready he claimed both batteries needed to be replaced because the stop/start light came on. Ironically the shop manager drove the jeep with my husband for that reason prior and found no indication of concern. This leaves many questions of ethics within one's mind. Therefore, I will not be returning to your location as the customer service was poor, communication poor. Thank you More
