Came in to have a wireless charger installed on my BRAND new truck....left with an installed charger and broken back seats! Taken vehicle in for a service more than (4) times for an issue that even the technicians stated was a problem but couldn't do anything about it because the service light wasn't on therefore no codes were re issue that even the technicians stated was a problem but couldn't do anything about it because the service light wasn't on therefore no codes were reading. First time taking it in was 7/2022 6/25/24 I took my vehicle in for recalls and the same issue I have been having on the vehicle. The vehicle jumps/kicks, transmission slippage. I picked up my vehicle Friday July 3rd and they stated they couldn't do anything and it runs as it should. On 7/7 the vehicle jumped/kicked (transmission slippage)service light went on 7/7 in a very scary situation that I feared for my safety as this happened on the freeway. Requiring vehicle to be towed. I called Isaac Borquez to notify him that the check engine light went on after the issue I've been taking it in had occurred again. I asked him about towing and he informed me I would pay out of pocket and also informed me that I was out of warranty and that would be out of pocket. I had no clue where he got that assumption from when I haven't had my vehicle for 3 years and I was only at 27K miles. I asked him if he was looking at my information because he was giving out the wrong information. I asked him if I was able to have a rental reserved for me and he told me there wasn't any available. He was very short and rude over the phone when this situation I was in was extremely stressful to say the least. Based on previous service work that I have gotten from this dealership the representative assisting, Isaac Borquez does not fully put what I have taken my vehicle in. As I knew this was an issue on 7/8 I prepared a page of what occurred so that the Isaac can have what the issue is written out. Upon arrive I was not greeted even after approaching Isaacs station. He knew the check engine light was on because he had spoken to me over the phone. He put down his version of what he felt was the issue without speaking with me in person. I was standing there and as he handed me the tablet to sign I told him that is not fully what happened and asked him if he could put down what I have written. He refused to put what was listed on my paper and gave a short description of the issue without fully reading the paper I presented to him. I wrote down on the printed service paper that he gave me to sign that there was more information provided and it turns out that was my paper to keep. I asked him if I could write the same information on his paperwork and he refused stating that it was "legal documentation". I told him that I hope he can understand my frustration here because what he wrote wasn't fully what occurred. I have worked with Issac on other occasions with this vehicle and never received such a cold interaction with him and basically making it seem like it was my fault I'm in the position I'm in. He even got to the point of raising his voice and attempting to intimidate me when I told him he fully didn't write down what the issue was. All he wrote of his documents is "Customer has personal noton back of RO". He made a copy of my note and said he would attach it to the paperwork. They informed me on 7/12 that the transmission needed to be replaced on the vehicle. This is a 2021 Jeep Rubicon 4Xe with around 27k miles. I spoke with Isaac on 7/12 and told me part should come in Wednesday of the following week. I didn't receive an update after that until 7/23 when Isaac called me thinking I was going to get an update but it was about a review of my experience. He told me if I could not give a review this month and if I were to give a review to wait until next month unless it was a positive one basically. Extremely unprofessional to call me after he was so cold with me to began with then wanted me to do a favor for him. I picked up the vehicle on 7/27. More
Javier customer service was great. But im a bit unsatisfied on how my car was washed, I don’t think they even scrubbed the car so it still had yellow spots all over my black car.
