Terry Guinn in Service was excellent! I made an appointment over the phone to handle a recall on my Jeep. This was simple and they had an appointment open on the next day! I would give this company MORE STARS if I could!!!! We are from out of state in L.A. for my son's wedding and our 2019 dodge pick-up engine light came on, of course, the day of the wedding. We went to the dodge dealer, early Monday morning and were greeted by JOHN HOWARD an amazing guy, when we explained that we were from out of town and wanted to get back home, he put a rush on our truck. We were on our way before noon. I can not express the gratitude for the hard QUICK work from Irvin the mechanic, they also drove my truck around for over an hour to make sure everything was right for us to get back to Arizona and not be stranded somewhere. NEVER before have I had such EXCELLENT service so quickly. THANK YOU JOHN HOWARD and IRVIN!!!!!! More
