I've had my '16 Soul in twice for recalled issues. The second time, they kept it for over 2 weeks. It was only after I called repeatedly that I got in touch with anyone. I dealt primarily with Jason. The second time, they kept it for over 2 weeks. It was only after I called repeatedly that I got in touch with anyone. I dealt primarily with Jason. He never seemed interested in keeping me informed of what was going on. This was a warranty issue and it was 5 days before I got a loner car. I got a call this morning that the car was done and the rental would not be paid after today. Good thing I was able to make quick arrangements. A professional would have called yesterday to say the part was in and that the car would be ready today. But in order to do that, a person would have to treat the customer as a customer and not like an inconvenience. This whole issue has been disappointing. I should have looked elsewhere. More

He explained that the vehicle we originally looked at had sold that morning and assisted us with finding another. He reviewed all features, rode with us again and synced my phone to the vehicle He, as well as the finance (Val and Christine) all stayed well past closing to ensure we left satisfied. More
