I was then told a price--I made an offer 5% lower---was turned down and said they would call me when it was available for sale.--never heard another word---was not even given a business card.--Sent multiple emails to the Internet Specialist---no reply! Overall I would recommend Monroeville Kia, however, with a few caveats. My sales rep Anthony was excellent and I would definitely recommend him. Every one of their new vehicles comes wit h an "Appearance Protection Coatings" for which they charge $995. I stated that I did not want this and that it should be optional, but was refused. This immediately added almost $1,000 to the price of the vehicle. Again deceptive. I went ahead with the purchase as I was offered significantly more for my trade-in than what I was offered at Smail Kia in Greensburg. Also, the Document Preparation Fee of $449 seemed excessive. More
