Online used car sales coordinator Desiree omitted pertinent information about vehicle when directly asked if it was a smokers vehicle solely to get me into the dealership. Stopped responding to my qu pertinent information about vehicle when directly asked if it was a smokers vehicle solely to get me into the dealership. Stopped responding to my questions after inquiring about smoking and never followed up with me. What an absolute waste of my time, do not deal with these people. The sales representative Austin on the other hand was a very nice individual, its unfortunate Desiree cost him a potential sale. More
