Although Rick was very explicit when he described the car, he was never able to explain the price in any detail. Then when we agreed to a specific monthly payment, it was changed when the contract was t car, he was never able to explain the price in any detail. Then when we agreed to a specific monthly payment, it was changed when the contract was typed up on a TYPEWRITER. I later refinanced through my credit union. The price of the car was incredibly confusing to the point where I feel I was taken advantage of by thieves. I have three different receipts with three different selling prices. Everything was done on a typewriter instead of a computer which made me suspicious that my records will be easily lost if someone might want to examine my sale. When I received a follow up call from Kia, I mentioned my feelings and was told a manager would contact me. That never happened, so my thoughts are that the Monroeville Kia runs a shady business all around. The salesman mentioned that I would get some free oil changes (those coupons have yet to arrive), but I'm scared to go to Monroeville Kia for anything! More
Long story short.....My credit score is low because there was a recent repossion on my credit report. So like everyone else I hate hoping and keeping my fingers crossed about trading in my current vehicle du was a recent repossion on my credit report. So like everyone else I hate hoping and keeping my fingers crossed about trading in my current vehicle due to credit issues. When comin to Kia I was greeted by Alvin Knox and he was nice to me my fiancé and my children. Very knowledgable and helpful?. I had a great experience and he kept his promise that he would do everything he could to help me. I am now in a vehicle I wanted for a ping times. THANKS ALVIN More

Bullying, lying, high-pressure salesmanship and non-competitive prices. Oh and by the way, the salespeson (I forgot the guy's name) was trying to tell me that noone gets the cars they really want non-competitive prices. Oh and by the way, the salespeson (I forgot the guy's name) was trying to tell me that noone gets the cars they really want because of the internet. He said that people that research cars and get an idea of an unrealistic price in their head from the internet. Oh well, I guess Edmund's must have been pulling its figures from the air (NOT). Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I called on May 10th to schedule an appt to get a recall fixed on my car. My appt was for May 19th. I take my car to the dealership and drop it off that morning. They call me an hour later, after I'm alread fixed on my car. My appt was for May 19th. I take my car to the dealership and drop it off that morning. They call me an hour later, after I'm already at work, and say they have to order parts and those take 2-3 business days to come in. Why didn't they order the parts when I made the appt over a week ago??? I go back to the dealership after work that night to get my car. I start my car and see the radio is turned off. No big deal. I turn the radio on and the volume is up higher than I have ever had it. We're talking deafening levels. I quickly turn the volume down. Then I realize that someone at the dealership had rifled through the cds in my visor and changed the cd that I had in the player when I dropped it off. And it was on song #5, which means they were listening for a little while. I am rightfully upset and feel very violated. I'm not sure if they actually drove my car anywhere since I forgot to note the mileage when I dropped it off. And nobody should have even been IN my car since they never ordered the parts to fix it! When I finally get my car there the 2nd time for the recall, they take half my car apart to fix the power steering pump, then tell me I need new brakes. It'll be a cold day in xxxx before I let them touch any part of my car again. I have my own trustworthy mechanic to do that! The salesperson that sold me the car, Stan, was a bully. I should have requested another one but I didn't. And after the papers were signed, he no longer cared if I existed. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I suggest you do the same. More
This dealership does NOT offer the officially sanctioned Mazda Extended Protection Plan (MEPP). They offer a non-related 3rd party plan that Mazda is NOT affiliated with in any way. Be careful because rep Mazda Extended Protection Plan (MEPP). They offer a non-related 3rd party plan that Mazda is NOT affiliated with in any way. Be careful because reps will evade your inquiries about MEPPs, pleading ignorance. They will direct you to the Finance Dept. Here you will get tricked into buying a different plan. I was driving down business route 22 looking for a convertible at a few different car lots. I was fortunate enough to find a 2007 Pontiac G6 hard top convertible with less than 12,000 miles on it. I convertible at a few different car lots. I was fortunate enough to find a 2007 Pontiac G6 hard top convertible with less than 12,000 miles on it. I pulled up in my old car and was greeted by Emmanuel who gladly showed me the car from top to bottom. I also prefer to take a longer test drive than one might normally take Manny as I call him had no problems with that. When returned from the test drive he gave me a quick tour of the service facility which seemed clean and modern. We then sat down and came to an agreement pretty quickly. I was satisfied with the amount I got for my trade in a 1998 Ford explorer. I do not have perfect credit and they were able to get me a loan at a decent rate. I had a few questions about my car after the sale and Manny was able to get me the answers. Overall my experience there was pleasant and professional I would recommend Manny and Monroeville Kia to anyone looking for a car. More
The sales strategy is high pressure and misleading. It was a very bad experience. I told the salesman that I wanted a day to think about the purchase and I was told that the price was not available the n was a very bad experience. I told the salesman that I wanted a day to think about the purchase and I was told that the price was not available the next day. They mislead me to believe I was getting a good deal when it was the dealer blue book value. During the negotiation, I asked the salesman to return my credit application because I told them I would finance through my bank. He did not return it and stated that they would not inquire into my credit. I later discovered that 6 inquires were made. They promised to replace the dash that was defective with a large bump in the center. After the purchase they went back on their word indicating that it was supposed to be that way, which was not true. This dealer will do whatever it takes to get the sale, including lie. More
