I brought my 2011 Sorrento in for an oil change and inspection. I made my appointment 2 months in advance and told them at the time that I would wait while they worked on it. I had to wait 4 hours an inspection. I made my appointment 2 months in advance and told them at the time that I would wait while they worked on it. I had to wait 4 hours and ten minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be 3 hours at least if waiting because they “booked too many appointments”. Since I wasn't told this until I arrived, I didn't have much choice, but to wait- I drove myself. Dropping off the car would have required prior notice, which they didn't provide. The employee was apologetic, but offered very little to make the situation better. I asked if someone could take me to the mall and he said no, there wasn’t a shuttle on duty that day. This is a car dealership with hundreds of cars and the Mall is just across the highway and up a hill- so NO ONE could take me?! Not impressed! Luckily one of the salesmen saw me walking over to the Mall and offered to drive me. Four hours for an oil change and inspection is ridiculous. They should have offered me some type of discount for the inconvenience they caused! I guess there aren’t too many businesses around willing to do the right thing! More
Went in for recall and the wife told them that the brakes seems sludges I was out of town. They told her that she needed pins in the Calvert of the brakes told her it would call 1500 dollars she car me and I seems sludges I was out of town. They told her that she needed pins in the Calvert of the brakes told her it would call 1500 dollars she car me and I said I do not have that kind of money so the service person mike said that they can do something less expensive which would cost 600 dollars I had no choice because I was out of town. So she pick me up that night and the brakes lock up the tow truck came out and show us that the bolt came out we had it tow to Kia and the service department said that it was not all their fault because we said it was ok to go less expensive. I told him that they where the person that fix the brake and if it was not they should not have let it go. Plus for brake pads, and new rotor should not have cost 600 dollars. I ask if they would get us a rent and Steve said no he would not do that. They are waiting for a new rim because when the brakes lock it blew the rim. And it has taken a whole week for the rim. And Steve things he is doing to much for us because he is payIng for the repair. Then I ask are you putting on a new Calvert he said no and there is no grantee. I ask how much would this be if put a new one on he said 800 dollars that is why he able to go to 600dollars I said if I find one cheaper would put it on he said go try to fine one. Then an hour later the service person call me and said he found on for 61 dollars but I have to pay for it. We are still driving a renter car it has been 6 days. Steve the service manager does not like to talk to people he said to good for that. He said that is why he has people working for him More
I dropped my car for service and state inspection. I was third person gave the car for service around 7:30 AM . The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. They called me around 3;30 Pm and told me third person gave the car for service around 7:30 AM . The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. They called me around 3;30 Pm and told me they need the vehicle for 1 more day. When started asking questions and what is wrong they started giving answers related engine light and they need to drive several miles to figure it out. When I reached the service center I realized the vehicle was parked in the same place and the odometer reading was the same and never even touched the vehicle. Broken promises and bad customer service. More

I dropped my Mazdaspeed 3 off not runing, no one could figure out what was wrong with the car. When I took it into Mazda I was greater by Sam their service writer. Sam said they would get their top tech figure out what was wrong with the car. When I took it into Mazda I was greater by Sam their service writer. Sam said they would get their top tech on it. With in a few days I had a reason why it was runing and a time frame to get it fixed and a detailed explanation of all services being performed. They also were able to perform some of the aftermarket work that needed done as well. I went out to thank the general manager for their outstanding service and then bought my wife a brand new Mazda cx5 this was the 3rd Mazda I had purchased from them I will remain a life long customer now. You guys rock!!! More
Mike Pampena ( the GM) went to great lengths over a minor issue I had about the service on my vehicle. I was very impressed of how he took control of the problem, promptly addressed my concerns, and fixed e issue I had about the service on my vehicle. This is the second (first used and then new) Mazda I purchased from this dealership and both experiences were terrific! As a woman, there are typically stereotypes with buying cars, but I never felt int purchased from this dealership and both experiences were terrific! As a woman, there are typically stereotypes with buying cars, but I never felt intimated during either purchases. The sales staff was friendly and helpful rather than pushy. And the management team was very professional. I personally recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family for buying either a new or used vehicle. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle under $16,000. I called the dealership and spoke to Cheryl about their Mazda3 models. I gave her what I wanted as far as options which was basically just an automati called the dealership and spoke to Cheryl about their Mazda3 models. I gave her what I wanted as far as options which was basically just an automatic with power doors and locks and stereo with CD. She said she would speak with her manager/Tom Dean and give me a call back. She called me back within an hour and had great news. She had a 2012 Mazda3 brand new with everything I wanted for $15,634. She even gave me their inventory stock number. I took that number and looked the car up online and sure enough there it was listing at MSRP which is normal as they don't advertise internet pricing or great deals on cars straight away which is why I went with a phone call instead of just browsing the website first. I took down the information and drove down to the dealership to take a look at the car and take it for a test drive. Cheryl had left for the day when I arrived so I requested to speak with Tom Dean. Instead another salesman spoke with me without ever introducing himself or even asking my name. We sat down and I gave him the information that was given to me by Cheryl. He got up and went over to the sales desk and talked to someone for 10 minutes. When he came back he said that price would only be for the Standard transmission which was actually advertised on their website for $14788 so they don't even advertise their internet specials properly raising prices when you walk in the door. So I give him the information again and assure him that I was very specific with Cheryl over the phone that I needed an automatic. He went back to his sales desk again for another 10 minutes. When he comes back the second time he says that car doesn't exist on their lot and that inventory stock number is invalid. I can still pull the car up on their website after he tells me this. fishy? I ask to speak with Tom Dean who is apparently the manager. He comes over and gives me the same line about it being non-existent and this is a computer glitch. I tell him that Cheryl mentioned him by name when she quoted me the price over the phone and he now has amnesia about the situation. I shake his hand, thank him for his time and walk out the door. This dealership LIES over the phone just trying to get you in the door. It was like pulling teeth over the phone to even get a price quote as Cheryl tried 3 times to make an appointment at the dealership right away when I was trying to get phone quotes from many dealerships. It is typical bait and switch tactics you see in movies but think no dealership is that devious. Guess what, there are still very dirty tactics being employed by reputable dealers. I will be sure that none of my friends or associates ever does business with this dealership. More
I stopped into the dealership the day after working a deal at the Irwin Kia dealer. I was truly blown away by the deal at Monroeville Kia. I'm glad I didn't close that deal. The salesman said we don't l deal at the Irwin Kia dealer. I was truly blown away by the deal at Monroeville Kia. I'm glad I didn't close that deal. The salesman said we don't lose deals to Jim Shorkey! They put me in a new van that the other dealer couldn't get and financed it. The other dealer couldn't do what Monroeville Kia could. Save time and money. Go to Monroeville and get the deal you want. No games and no bull. I have never been treated better by any car dealer. I was able to buy this car with my 4 year old with me. Try doing that at the other dealers. They put the deal on the table quickly and gave me more than I ever could have imagined for my trade. Super experience. More
