Dorians assistance to Tracey was outstanding! have never delt with any other dealership besides kia. When meeting Tracey he seemed very down to earth and his personality is amazing! I am truly blessed that he was able to get me into a new car and work with me to find something he knew i was able to afford. I am very proud to continue my stay with the kia family! When Tracy Boyce greeted me in the showroom, he looked at me and not through me to see who was with me. He was very personable and pleasant. He is a younger salesman and that really helped put us both at ease. He didn't have that "snake oil salesman" persona. He was willing to listen and didn't try to oversell me. He could tell I did my homework and respected that. Negotiating with BJ Delprato was fun - we gave Tracy a pretty good workout. There were some minor hiccups throughout the process but Tracy took it in stride and it probably helped that I am patient. I am satisfied with how things turned out. I enjoyed working with Steve Mason in Finance. He explained everything in great detail without going into the weeds. He offered me the normal packages of gap insurance and extended warranties, answered any questions I had, and never pressured me into adding anything to the deal I didn't want. More

Even when our first choice and first test drive ended up with a payment I wasn't comfortable with she didn't try to pressure us. She was more than happy to put us in another car and work out a payment that was right for us. Because of a Terry we drove away in a brand new car! Thank you! More

Terry changed my opinion of Monroeville Kia I have to give a little background information that preceded my current purchase: Two years ago, I had vowed that I would never return to Monroevill I have to give a little background information that preceded my current purchase: Two years ago, I had vowed that I would never return to Monroeville Kia, after my experience trading my Sorento in on a Sportage. I loved my Sorento and the only reason that I was scaling down was to get better gas mileage. I was placed with a new sales person who definitely had his own agenda. (It was that day that I first met Terry Burke, I wanted to get rid of the person who was assisting me and have Terry.) She was the only female person at the dealership at that time and she was also new to car sales. I did not bail out on the salesman that I had but wished that I would have!! When I wanted to trade my Sportage back in for a Sorento, I was smacked in the face with the reality that the salesman who had sold me the Sportage truly was shady! The fact of the matter was that I was up side down and argued until I was blue in the face that that was impossible!! It was absolutely the truth and the salesman that I was dealing with at a different dealership told me that he would not even attempt to put me back into a Sorento at that time because there was no way he could do it with a good conscious or even keep my payment the same. That was about 6 months ago. I received an email from Monroeville Kia offering me top dollar on my "Sorento 2011" (which I no longer had). I didn't even realize that it was not for my Sportage. I talked to my husband about it and he called Mike Pampena. Mike reassured him that he would help me. I did NOT want to go there with the memory of my last visit. I put it off going there all day. Whenever I finally went, I was skimming over the dealers there looking for Terry. I didn't see her :( I made my way to Mike and before I knew it he was introducing me to Terry. I said, I remember you!! After talking for a couple of minutes she remembered when we met 2 years ago. She could sense my anxiety and quickly put my fears to rest. I was extremely satisfied with my experience this time. I told her what I absolutely needed in a car (large cargo space, strong air conditioning, and a conveniently located cup holder! LOL) She strategized with me in order to accommodate my request as well as lower my monthly payment. I am leasing a Sorento for 4 years and at the end of the 4 years I will not be "up-side-down"!! I loved that Terry was a no nonsense, get down to business kind of woman. I will recommend that anyone looking for a Kia go see her at Monroeville Kia! Thank you Terry for sticking it out in a male dominated environment for the past 2 years!! You are the reason I will stay with Monroeville Kia.
