Unhappy customer While Monroeville Kia is great when selling their cars after the fact they are unreliable. Shortly after I bought my Kia Soul the check engine light While Monroeville Kia is great when selling their cars after the fact they are unreliable. Shortly after I bought my Kia Soul the check engine light comes on so I took it to the dealership. Not knowing the had a separate entrance for service I went in the floor entrance. The dealer who seen me came up to and as soon as he found out I wasn't buying I needed service he was very rude. I went back to Kia on numerous occasions for the same problem with the check engine light after they told me to come back as soon as the light comes on just to get there and for them to tell me I had to make an appointment because either one of their mechanics never showed up or didn't come back from lunch. They would look at me like I was crazy. And their communication is horrible. On numerous occasions they told me they did something (for example: approving my kia feel reimbursement) just to find out almost two months later they never did. I would NEVER recommend Monroeville Kia to anyone! Not happy with their customer service. More

Very helpful I was stranded in the middle of Route 22 at 8 pm in a black car in front of Monroeville Kia. Four salesmen came out, knocked on my window, and pushed I was stranded in the middle of Route 22 at 8 pm in a black car in front of Monroeville Kia.
