I have been in this dealership a number of times and have walked out because of rude, incompetent people, but Tracy is different. He listened to what I wanted/needed. I was so happy with his service, I sent my husband up there the next day and his experience was even better. He will now and forever, be my go to person when it comes to Kia cars. More

Shortly after I bought my Kia Soul the check engine light comes on so I took it to the dealership. Not knowing the had a separate entrance for service I went in the floor entrance. The dealer who seen me came up to and as soon as he found out I wasn't buying I needed service he was very rude. I went back to Kia on numerous occasions for the same problem with the check engine light after they told me to come back as soon as the light comes on just to get there and for them to tell me I had to make an appointment because either one of their mechanics never showed up or didn't come back from lunch. They would look at me like I was crazy. And their communication is horrible. On numerous occasions they told me they did something (for example: approving my kia feel reimbursement) just to find out almost two months later they never did. I would NEVER recommend Monroeville Kia to anyone! Not happy with their customer service. More

Very helpful I was stranded in the middle of Route 22 at 8 pm in a black car in front of Monroeville Kia. Dorians assistance to Tracey was outstanding! have never delt with any other dealership besides kia. When meeting Tracey he seemed very down to earth and his personality is amazing! When Tracy Boyce greeted me in the showroom, he looked at me and not through me to see who was with me. He was very personable and pleasant. He is a younger salesman and that really helped put us both at ease. He didn't have that "snake oil salesman" persona. He was willing to listen and didn't try to oversell me. He could tell I did my homework and respected that. Negotiating with BJ Delprato was fun - we gave Tracy a pretty good workout. There were some minor hiccups throughout the process but Tracy took it in stride and it probably helped that I am patient. I am satisfied with how things turned out. I enjoyed working with Steve Mason in Finance. He explained everything in great detail without going into the weeds. He offered me the normal packages of gap insurance and extended warranties, answered any questions I had, and never pressured me into adding anything to the deal I didn't want. More
