Oil change was quick. Car wash was done. However, I asked for inside windshield to be cleaned because I have a hard time doing so, but it didn't look like it was done. Lack of information I had my car flatbedded in on a Tuesday thinking that I would need new alternator. I had mentioned, by phone, to the Service writer that this was my I had my car flatbedded in on a Tuesday thinking that I would need new alternator. I had mentioned, by phone, to the Service writer that this was my only vehicle and that I would need updates on the completion of the work so I could make arrangements to have a family car , I heard the next day (Wed.), that the part was ordered and a cost was given. Was told the part would be in at the end of the week, which I felt was a long time to get a part. So I had to make daily arrangements with my daughter to use her spare car. On Friday morning I had called the dealership around 11 to see how things were going. The Service manager said that it should be done by 5. I had asked him to call me in order for me to make car arrangements when completed. Come 5 and no call. Received call the next morning (Sat.) around 9:15 informing me that the car was done and ready for pick up. That was the only disappointing experience with Monroeville Kia. Not being updated enough. Maybe my expectations are too high but in this case I really needed to be informed because of my need for a car daily. All this being said, I want to wish all to have a blessed day. More
Everyone was really helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lot. I know it's hard to do anything during the pandemic but they made us feel safe while also still maintaining a warm atmosphere we walked into the lot.
