I was sold a car and had it for less than 48 hours before the engine locked. Vehicle got towed to dealership. I wait the whole next day and never received a call. I call service and was told their waiting fo the engine locked. Vehicle got towed to dealership. I wait the whole next day and never received a call. I call service and was told their waiting for Kia to approve the claim. What claim? What’s wrong with the car? How long is this going to take?
