On September 15 I went to have my car inspected. The waiting room was freezing,customers had no masks on. My appointment was for 1pm, I left at 2:50.pm. My car sat for 1/2 hour waiting to be pulled out of the work area. I asked was my car done and I was told that they were waiting for the stickers. Really, 1/2 hour to put on stickers?? I have dealt with you company for two leases, never again. It always takes soooo long for any work I have had to get done, The only bright spot was the lady that took my payment, she was very pleasant and helpful. More

Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed and offered a beverage. Marlon asked how he could help and I described wanting a sportage. Marlon showed me all the features, called me personally to be sure I was satisfied with the car and made himself available for future questions. Unlike other experiences I've had with car dealers, I got the impression that Marlon was interested in ensuring that I was happy with the car. I believe I could call six months from now and get the same service and have questions answered. More
