Had an awful experience with the dealership but do like my truck. The dealership ran my credit to multiple banks without authorization. I planned to pay cash but it was easier to finance with ford motor my truck. The dealership ran my credit to multiple banks without authorization. I planned to pay cash but it was easier to finance with ford motor credit and then pay them off via mail then get a certified funds check from my bank during covid. The dealership printed my application in violation to ford motor credit's privacy statement. The dealership then sent my private info to other banks creating additional credit checks. I paid the car off the day after purchase which was 59 days ago. As of today the bank is telling me my title has not been prepared ad released by the dealer. The dealer is telling me my title is processed buy "mytitleservices" who is used to process title by the bank is reporting my loan as open, which the bank is saying is inaccurate but no one is speaking. I also was told my sales price would be discounted $1000 for a commercial rebate. When I went to buy I was told I only get the full rebate if I spend $5000 on a plow. Since I already have a plow I was given a $500 rebate if I spent $500 on accessories. I am not sure i fully understand a rebate off of sales price if I spend the same or more on accessories. Fortunately Blake, the sales manager worked to get my door repaired that had a tear in the leather and my seat repaired that was not strapped underneath at delivery. He has been responsive on my emails and has followed up with the bank to educate them in the title process. More

When my mechanic retired in the early 2000's I tried a few other garages with no luck (not fixing things right the first time, not ready when promised, etc.). I let Monaco Ford service my 1999 F150 and have been returning ever since. I've purchased all my vehicles from Monaco Ford since then. Both sales and service are the best by far! More
