I have without hesitation relied on Monaco Ford for over thirty years, never being less than completely satisfied/confident with their operations. Monaco has been my primary auto resource since my first (u thirty years, never being less than completely satisfied/confident with their operations. Monaco has been my primary auto resource since my first (used) vehicle a Bronco II in 1987. Eventually I bought my first new vehicle in 2011 -- an F350. Monaco has always been exceptional in every way related to my vehicles. They are a very professional and reliable organization. I have always been pleased with the service and overall assistance by staff and incredibly talented/skilled mechanics at Monaco. Before the computerized advancements of the Ford engine I used to do self-service (in addition to routine necessary servicing by Monaco) on my Ford vehicles. The mechanics and staff in the service department always provided me with the necessary parts, and more importantly assisted me with recommendations and education when I was uncertain about correct repairs and interventions with my vehicles. Monaco is a reliable name and organization in my community -- respected by people who live in our town. Monaco strongly supports our first responders including police fire and EMS, along with showing firm support and dedication to all members of our armed services including our often overlooked veterans. I feel very comfortable in stating Monaco Ford will always be my dealership when it comes to my personal vehicle. Additionally, I am set on being a life-long Ford customer -- there is no other truck I would want to be driving than a Ford truck -- the best and most dependable truck in existence. Thank you very much Monaco for your persistent excellence and professionalism, and thank you Ford Motor Group for continuing to provide me with the most enjoyable/reliable/dependable/formidable trucks. Had an awful experience with the dealership but do like my truck. The dealership ran my credit to multiple banks without authorization. I planned to pay cash but it was easier to finance with ford motor my truck. The dealership ran my credit to multiple banks without authorization. I planned to pay cash but it was easier to finance with ford motor credit and then pay them off via mail then get a certified funds check from my bank during covid. The dealership printed my application in violation to ford motor credit's privacy statement. The dealership then sent my private info to other banks creating additional credit checks. I paid the car off the day after purchase which was 59 days ago. As of today the bank is telling me my title has not been prepared ad released by the dealer. The dealer is telling me my title is processed buy "mytitleservices" who is used to process title by the bank is reporting my loan as open, which the bank is saying is inaccurate but no one is speaking. I also was told my sales price would be discounted $1000 for a commercial rebate. When I went to buy I was told I only get the full rebate if I spend $5000 on a plow. Since I already have a plow I was given a $500 rebate if I spent $500 on accessories. I am not sure i fully understand a rebate off of sales price if I spend the same or more on accessories. Fortunately Blake, the sales manager worked to get my door repaired that had a tear in the leather and my seat repaired that was not strapped underneath at delivery. He has been responsive on my emails and has followed up with the bank to educate them in the title process. More

If I could give 10 stars I would! The process of purchasing a vehicle has always been one I did not look forward to. Pushy sales people, haggling over pricing etc...
