My experience at Momentum was exceptional! I dropped off my car for maintenance with Zachary ( he is AMAZING!) and traded in my car with the help of another AMAZING person; Ashonne (salesman). These guys know how to make sure to meet your needs and have fun at the same time. Ashonne will make sure to satisfy your wants and desires when purchasing the car of your dreams. Ask and you will receive! The Finance department was just as great. He made sure to go through the deal in detail and answer any questions I had. Brought my tdi for check engine light on. This is appointed repair. Zach, the service advisor was very nice and prompt to inform me of repair progress. He provided me with loaner vehicle. That was ni appointed repair. Zach, the service advisor was very nice and prompt to inform me of repair progress. He provided me with loaner vehicle. That was nice part. Bad part is that my vehicle stayed there for 8 days. 6th day issue was diagnosed (clogged heater core). When vehicle was returned to me it was pulling on the side (they offset wheel alignment), console panel was not reinstalled back properly (about inch gap between floor and the panel), engine cover was new when vehicle was brought for repair. When repair was done the engine cover scuffed up and scratched. Interior was scratched as well. This was pretty sloppy job. Will not return there. In addition to this they cost me $175.00 for wheel alignment. Horrible... More
