I reached out to 3 VW dealerships for a test drive. I found bait & switch listings from a dealer on the west side of Houston and denigrating sales tactics from another on the south side of Houston, but was met with refreshing honesty and professionalism from Dimitri at Momentum Volkswagen. As soon as I sat down for my test drive appointment, another customer walked in to purchase the vehicle that I was there to drive. Dimitri handled it exceptionally well, showed me some other options and did a fantastic job of upselling me into a VW Atlas Cross Sport. Another area that deserves praise is the finance department at Momentum Volkswagen. Going from sales to finance has been an unnecessarily long process with every car purchase that I’ve made. Adrian didn’t push unwanted warranties on me or try to slide hidden fees into the contract, and had me in and out in roughly 5 minutes. I really appreciated the sales process at Momentum Volkswagen. Great dealership! Bought a 2022 Atlas sport over the weekend and it was a great experience. Everyone assisted were great from sales person, sales manager and finance officer.
