I have purchased two VW Jetta's with the location and have received good to moderate service during this time. However, I had an issue with my vehicle which had to be towed on Monday, February 22, 2021. have received good to moderate service during this time. Although I was stressed due to other elements with the "Winter Storm" she gave me peace and assurance regarding the repairs as well as the timeframe of completion. I worked with Tracey Lopez today. I started out not being sure if I would purchase a vehicle. After giving me a full break down of what the value of the car was and all that I would pay for as far as tt&l, I sure if I would purchase a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 VW Atlas on Jan 16th, 2021. The car was sold to me as having had no accidents and in good working order (as published on the their website and the car fax report provided). However, we was sold to me as having had no accidents and in good working order (as published on the their website and the car fax report provided). However, we discovered very quickly that this was not true. The car had an error message regarding the rear park assist feature. I brought this to Momentum's attention immediately and they told me not to worry as it was covered under the warranty and to take it to my nearest VW dealer and it would be fix at no cost. After doing so, it was discovered that the rear bumper had been hit and that damage to the rear sensors had occurred. This is not covered under warranty, obviously. I had to pay out of pocket $190 for the diagnostic and then another $400 for VW to tell me how much it would cost to fix the issues. ($600 just to get an estimate!) On top of that, the diagnostics showed the error message first took place weeks prior to my ownership and apparently Momentum tried to cover this up. I contacted the sales manager (Justin Kruse) who could care less about this issue. Both him and the service manager lied to me repeatedly telling me they were working a solution and said that they had reached out to the service manager at my local VW dealer (not true). To date they have not contacted anyone about a solution. My advise, find a different dealership that values honesty, integrity and professionalism. More
