He didn’t sugar coat anything and did a great job in listening to what I wanted and negotiating on my behalf with the sales manager. The deal was done mostly over the phone. They offered me great value on my trade by using the car cash app. The overall deal was way better than what any of my local dealers were offering me, that I drove 5 1/2 hours to Momentum Volkswagen to make my purchase. Once I got to the dealership it took literally 20 minutes to sign and drive (I guess they take their motto seriously 😁). The cherry on top was the finance department. I’m a car lover. This is my 15th car purchase in about 10 years. That being said Momentum VW is the first dealership I have ever dealt with in which their finance department didn’t bombard me or make me feel forced to buy warranties. The offers were presented but were done in a very professional way and I didn’t feel like they were shoving them down my throat. Needless to say the drive back home was awesome.
