Bad service. My car was not properly fixed and was actually damaged while there for service. I contacted the asssistant service manager Daniel Wentz and he advised they would replace the pad and rotors. I texted him a couple days later that he reverted telling me that. Appointment/ maintenance/ Service Looks like they need more service tech, even you have appointment it took almost 3hours for a change oil. It shouldve been done in an hour or less.
