Called to set up scheduled maintenance appointment and was told to just come in today. Phong was very professional and accommodating. Since I didn't have a appointment all loaner cars were out but Phong c was told to just come in today. Phong was very professional and accommodating. Phong worked with me from start to finish. He communicated with me even on his off day. My repairs were done very timely. I had a water pump repair and have not had a problem since.
