Very BAD Experience!!! I reached out to service manager nothing to seem happening! I read other negative review the dealer ship always replies by sorry and please contact General Manager, Thomas Kuranoff, at 713.596.3100 so I did, He never replied to my call !!! Will never go back there again! More

DANGEROUS CAR I bought a new BMW 3 series. I've had it for two years. The car has failed and/or malfunctioned on the road while driving it in the last two years. I bought a new BMW 3 series. I've had it for two years. The car has failed and/or malfunctioned on the road while driving it in the last two years. The service center keeps trying to fix it but it is dangerous to drive on the road. I keep telling them it's not safe and to replace the vehicle or release me from it. No one has honored my request at sales or service. I haven't heard from anyone at momentum BMW. More

He was outstanding and very knowledgeable and helped us on decide which was the best package for us. When we brought our car in for service we found another outstanding serviceman named Alex Hinojosa who really went out of his way to give us the best possible service you could ask for. They have both made follow-up calls to make sure we are totally satisfied and always tell us if there is anything else they could do for us don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them. I came in again ready to purchase an Audi and actually drove out with our 2nd BMW. Keep up the excellence work Alex & Robert!! All they do is up sale and rip you off I went for sensor to be check. Got my results, of course they found other so call problems. I told them to hold off on it and left. No sooner then I leave, two miles down the road, my tire explode. So, back into the evil clutches I go. I give them the go on fixing things sense I have a warrant. They tell me I need a new engine, my warranty people ask to see it, but every time he would show up, the car parts where not dissemble. Two weeks turn into 3 moths they had my car. Never giving a loaner until the third month. I spent 300.00 out of pocket for car rental, which they never reimburse. Less then a year i'm back in because the vale covers leaks. This time I get a loaner, but they still work on up upselling because I have a warranty. Not taking NO for a answer, MIKE keep at it. Finally I said, please just fix the parts that's faulty. After about two months as of today 3/3/2016 I'm having the same issues , and this time I need a loaner but Mike saying they wont have one til 3/16/2016. This should be a priority. I'm taking this matter past this post. The people can not be trusted. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

service required brake fluid change . After pickup the car, the service light was still on. The service advisor explained that technician forgot to reset (??? required brake fluid change . After pickup the car, the service light was still on. The service advisor explained that technician forgot to reset (????). He reset the it. I changed brake fluid in another two years by myself and found the fluid was very dirty by comparing my other brand car's brake fluid that even was changed four years ago. No I highly suspect whether the brake fluid was changed for my BMW at that service. At least I don't trust. More

They promised us a discount that were not going to give, until I had to call back and remind them that they made a promise. Along with the fact that we were promised a rental car for what was only supposed to be a few days work, but was over a weeks worth of repairs and were never given one or compensation. I wouldn't recommend this place...however we did go to them for 8 years without any other major problems like this, so it might be ok for you? More
