Momentum’s service department keeps my 23+ year old car going in spite of some parts no longer being available. The car remains a joy to drive. My salesman and finance associate at the Southwest location were wonderful. They made sure that I knew everything about the vehicle that I was purchasing and the terms and conditions of my contract. However, experience with the Southwest location service department was the worst that I have ever received in over 15 years of being a BMW owner. For me it’s not about the vehicle, it’s all about the customer service. I used to brag about my service experience to co-workers, family and friends when I visited the Katy location. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at the Southwest location and my last. The service technician did not perform the service on my vehicle on the agreed upon date, when he discovered an unexpected issue he did not communicate the concern with me. I had to constantly call the service department to get updates on when my vehicle. To sum it up I took my vehicle in on a Saturday for a service that I was told would take one day but didn’t get my vehicle back five days later. More
