Took our 2012 Mini Cooper in to try to determine cause of a rattling issue. Of course the weather was beautiful and the rattle did not appear. However I had some other items I wanted address with regard to a rattling issue. Of course the weather was beautiful and the rattle did not appear. However I had some other items I wanted address with regard to the chrome trim on this mini and JW sent back to the shop and it was taken care of in the time originally quoted. They further inspected the car and came up with some items that need to be addressed. I was impressed they video the work and also pictures taken of the issue. I was very impressed with your facility and especially with Tech JW Stephens. He was very helpful and thorough as was the mechanic that checked out my car. I will be back for any future needs. // More
