Just finish my service today for brake fluid change. Overall is good, my service supervisor is very professional. The only thing why I can’t give 5 star is because When I called in on Monday to make thi Overall is good, my service supervisor is very professional. The only thing why I can’t give 5 star is because When I called in on Monday to make this appointment, the service front desk girl refused to provide me a loaner car which I used to get it every time. That way I don't have to waste my 2.5-3 hrs to just wait there. However, she said it was the new policy and 2.5-3 hrs type of service (brake fluid, oil change, and etc.) doesn't qualify for a loaner car. Then when I talk with my service supervisor, I got scheduled a loaner car for my next appointment (oil change within two weeks) with no problem. So I'm confused, since when your front desk girl has the authority to decide who's qualified for a loaner car? I believe everyone’s time is valuable, if she doesn’t care about your customer’s valuable time, then that is a dangerous sign of your business. Because I’m sure there is another BMW dealership within Houston area that is willing to take care their customers with their valuable time. Update: After talking with their general manager, now I understand it was due to some customer over abused their loner car, like not returning it within the contracted time frame and dispute the credit card charges and etc. Their GM was very nice and patient to explain to us. Now I totally understand it. Huge plus with my service supervisor Carlos, he is very professional and nice to his customer. More
