I told him to replace, then at the last minute, I remembered I bought a tire and wheel package when buy service advisor notified me of a tire issue. Your costs to replace BMW parts and labor are not reasonable to all of your clientele. I can appreciate the labor involved and cost of the OEM parts but many of your customers brought their vehicles reasonable to all of your clientele. I can appreciate the labor involved and cost of the OEM parts but many of your customers brought their vehicles used from authorized dealerships. In my case there were a few issues soon after I purchased my used 328I that the dealer likely knew about but sold it to me to despite the issues to secure bottom line profits. More
