Momemtum BMW is an excellent servicing facility with outstanding employees. My service advisor ID went above and beyond my expectations. There was a sticky residue on my vehicle from some Christmas decorations I had on my vehicle. After them running it through the car was expectations. There was a sticky residue on my vehicle from some Christmas decorations I had on my vehicle. After them running it through the car wash it was still there. ID took some hand sanitizer and a cloth and took his time in making sure that sticky residue was off! I have never, in all the vehicles I have owned, had any dealership or person do that. I was pleasantly impressed to say the least. More
