Very efficient and professional purchase experience. Scheduled a 30 minute test drive that ended up being closer to 90 minutes, accompanied by Garrett, the BMW Genius. A very useful experience to get the car (an EV, so lots of new tech) explained under real world conditions. Most of the negotiating was done remotely via email. F&I was willing to send paperwork for me to review the night before I came in to pick up the car. All in all a very good experience where I felt respected as a customer. Would definitely purchase from Momentum again. More
