I had a wonderful buying experience at Momentum BMW. Tony my salesperson answered all my questions and went out of his way to explain all the features of my new car. I have had my X5 serviced with Phong since I purchased it. He has aleays given me Prompt and Friendly Service. The results from the shop were aleays as expected in a timely manner. I PURCHEASED MY MINI COUNTRYMAN A WEEK AGO. MY SALESMAN ALEX FERRERIS MADE THE EXPERIENCE THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE CAR. Horrible experience at this dealership. We went to this dealership to lease a new 750Li. After deciding on the vehicle, which we were told was on site, we came back the next day to finalize the deal. The salesperson we had met with during our initial visit (JB) told us that he would not be there the next day but introduced us to the person (RM) who would be taking care of us the next day. JB told us that he had informed RM of which car we were looking for and that he would have the car pulled up front when we arrive the next day. Next day upon arrival, we met RM again and filled-in the complete paperwork but asked to see the car before submitting the application. RM said ok and he went to look for the vehicle. After 10-15 minutes of looking, we were informed the vehicle is not at the dealership and that the company CFO was driving the vehicle. We were told we could have the vehicle after 2-3 days! At this point I felt bad for RM as it was possible that he may not have had knowledge of the location of the car. I told RM to wait on submitting our application so that we could decide whether we wanted to wait or get a different car. RM said he would not submit the paperwork. All other similar 750Li's at the dealership were a few thousand more than the car we had decided on. After a 5 minute discussion, we decided that we did not want a new-used car that someone had been driving and we did not want to pay more than what we had previously agreed on. So we got our paperwork back (which RM again confirmed had not been run through) and walked out of the dealership as unhappy customers. We ended up leasing the same car with more features for less money from BMW Woodlands. During the final paperwork at BMW Woodlands, we were informed that Momentum SW Freeway had actually ran the application (which we were told would not be run)!! So not only was the car we agreed upon not at the dealership, they even ran the application after confirming they would not. I guess losing business on a $98K is not much of a priority here. Go elsewhere (it may be a drive) but avoid the swithcharoo!! More

I had a great experience with the Momentum BMW Mini dealership. My sales person, Alex, made the whole buying process so much easier than I thought it would be. I had to special order my MINI JCW hardtop and the wait was dreadful, but Alex kept up with me and let me know the progress of the car. After the car arrived he thoroughly took the time to tell me all about the car and the special features that I probably never would have known about. And what makes him so awesome is that he found some scratches that happened during the service that I probably would have completely missed! I'm so glad he did because I would've been pretty mad if I had to pay for something I didn't even do. But to sum things up, I really had an great buying experience and I definitely recommend you hitting up Alex if you want a smooth and awesome buying experience! More
Momentum BMW has to be the worst BMW service facility not only in Houston but probably the whole country. In what has turned out to be a nightmare experience, we find it shocking that they can get away wi only in Houston but probably the whole country. In what has turned out to be a nightmare experience, we find it shocking that they can get away with this despite being an insurance-paid claim service. From day 1, we had a bad experience with Momentum. Never once was a written estimate provided to us on WHAT was wrong, HOW long it will take to fix and WHEN can we expect to get our car back. Under Texas law, repair shops do not have to provide written estimates, and these guys absolutely take disadvantage of this and abuse hapless consumers to the hilt. We only took our car here on recommendation of the insurance company. We asked if they had BMW certified mechanics to which both the insurance, and the facility replied yes. But the very moment the car was in their shop, things turned south. Initially took way too long to repair the original tire and rim damage. Then said it could have affected rear axle/rim/strut and that needs to be checked out. This whole thing took 2 weeks. Then they thought it had chassis and body damage, and maybe the frame had shifted. Parts and jigs were ordered from somewhere the car was hoisted up and taken apart and reassembled. But it wouldn't align so off we go again. This time the engine was what was coming in the way. So took it apart all over again. By this time, we are already past 6 weeks without our car. And they claimed they do body and frame damage routinely and follow the exact procedure, YET THEY DON'T KNOW HOW, WHEN AND IN WHAT SEQUENCE ITS ALL PUT TOGETHER AGAIN. THEY GO BY TRIAL AND ERROR!!! It is unbelievable. And thus the reason for not giving estimates, making faulty claims and not honoring their own word again and again. We thought such experiences only happened to "other people" - WRONG. When it comes to repairing your high-end import, be very careful and check references before taking it in. The lost time, the aggravation, the lies, the bogus estimates and whole rigmarole are just not worth it. Get a second opinion on repairs, make sure you let them know you will take your car elsewhere if they fail to deliver in a reasonable amount of time, and ACT ON IT. Let insurance know that you WILL complain to BBB, Texas DMV, Texas Attorney General and other consumer protection agencies. It takes just one bad dealership to muck the name of a great car company, and these guys simply take it for granted. You will NOT have such a bad experience at your average Honda, Ford, or Toyota dealership, and THAT IS A GUARANTEE. More
I actually never stepped foot in momentum BMW. I called and Alex was the salesperson who answers the phone. I did all my buying over the phone he took his time to send pictures and videos of the Mini Coope and Alex was the salesperson who answers the phone. He did everything I expected in a dealership. Actually in the process of purchasing my mini my daugher wrecked and totaled her car, so we bought another mini from Alex. So my buying experience was great so far. Would definitely recommend Alex to my friends. More
