If you don't know anything about cars then go ahead and go with LR. He literally just repeats whatever is in the manual and won't know anything else about the car. Might as well put a 12 year old kid in a suit and have him read the car manual to you (in fact, that might be more exciting). Car knowledge aside, he just wants to make the sale no matter what...even if what he sells you is not as advertised. Honesty is not his strong point like most dealers either, so if you decide to go with a used car especially, then bring a mechanic friend along and watch as the BS unfolds. They tried to supposedly "help" remedy the situation, which ended up in the rep losing his temper with me and he was just yelling a lot of nonsense with no evidence whatsoever. It's funny how they prostitute for your money to make the sale and then try everything they can to prevent reparations, even when it is their fault. In the end, I got my car fixed through a private party so now it is enjoyable, but the initial price from when the car was sold to me was a total rip off. I do not recommend LR Vela at all, but I have heard good reviews about some of the other dealers there. More

I have done extensive research prior to chatting with Khalil and presenting at the dealership. I wanted the 2011 X5d and have checked with other dealerships in Houston and out of town, but none of them h Khalil and presenting at the dealership. I wanted the 2011 X5d and have checked with other dealerships in Houston and out of town, but none of them had a better deal and customer service than momentum southwest. Look for Khalil and no other. He knows his BMW... He took his time explaining all the features to me. I quickly noted the difference between the two other sales people I took a drive with at other dealerships. He really likes spending time with people, enjoys what he does and tries very hard to ensure the customer feels that they receive top notch service. When you are with him, he makes you feel like you are his only customer although he does receive multiple calls, he is focused on getting things done for you. If you are buying a BMW, look no further, this is your guy!!! Ok, you might think that there is something wrong with him since he is getting all 5s here in deal rater. He actually told me to tell him to his face if I can't give him a 5 so he can fix the problem upfront so there you go. I thought of the same thing before I went to the dealership, but got proven wrong. More

My experience today with you company was awful. After driving from Clear Lake to your location LR Vela did not know what car I was interested in, where the care was located or if you still had the car. driving from Clear Lake to your location LR Vela did not know what car I was interested in, where the care was located or if you still had the car. I received 2 confirmation calls for this appointment plus a text message. 20minutes in, since it appeared that Mr. Vela was not prepared for this well-orchestrated test drive, I asked to reschedule the appointment. LR increased his volume and stated, “So you didn’t plan to by a car today?” He was unprofessional and rude. I left the dearship and plan to encourage others to use anyone else but this dealership. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership and have done so already to several of my friends. After a lot of research, I found this fabulous 2008 750li that fit my needs. Spoke with Kahlil on Saturday done so already to several of my friends. After a lot of research, I found this fabulous 2008 750li that fit my needs. Spoke with Kahlil on Saturday and flew over two days later, on Labor Day. The car was immaculate and ready to go. Kahlil was friendly, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle. After getting the paperwork done(with Lupe? who was also very nice) and Kahlil getting me situated in the car, I was on my way, enjoying the drive back to my home state. It was a very painless experience, actually quite enjoyable. When I am ready for my next BMW, I will call Kahlil at Momentum first. More
