Outstanding Customer Service!! I live 3 hours away from Momentum Mini and i could have drove an hour or less to buy a Mini. But after calling and speaking with Adeline @ Momentum Mi I live 3 hours away from Momentum Mini and i could have drove an hour or less to buy a Mini. But after calling and speaking with Adeline @ Momentum Mini I knew that it would be best for me to make the drive, she was so courteous and friendly over the phone and she made me feel that she really wanted my business. So i made the drive down to Momentum and it was a great buying experience from beg to end. Upon arrival she had the car parked upfront and was waiting to serve us.Adeline exceeded my expectations as a sales rep, she drove the car with us and explained how everything worked and then turned it over to us to experience it as well.I cant say enough about Adeline and the great service that we received.I will definitely be buying another car from Momentum in the future. Adeline was very accommodating in dealing with us, as well as Nick Nguyen in Service - our former service representative for our car that we were trading in. When we got to the dealership, Adeline had all of the cars ready to test-drive and had alternative selections pulled up on the computer. Adeline had helped us through the entire lifecycle of finding a new MINI, getting a good appraisal of our trade-in, and working with finance (Lauderdale) - even remotely - to ensure everything was in good order. Adeline Is A Great Choice I recently had an issue with a 2014 JUSTA and had to trade it in for a new one. I was fortunate to have been referred to Adeline Schultz, in the sale I recently had an issue with a 2014 JUSTA and had to trade it in for a new one. I was fortunate to have been referred to Adeline Schultz, in the sales office, to get me back into a new Mini. I will tell you that she was a great person to work with and we looked at almost all of the Minis in stock and a few at other dealers. I ended up with a new 2015 MSC and she helped me the whole time. Sometimes having to be a little patient with me because of the paperwork that had to be taken care of with the trade in. I walked out at the end of the day with my new MSC because of her efforts with getting the deal done. She is great to work with and hope you get a chance to meet her if you visit. Our sales associate, Adeline made the experience that much more fun! She allowed me to lead the experience (so I never felt pushed or rushed) and she was extremely thorough and knowledgable. Adeline was also great to give me friendly reminders about my complimentary "second date" ... which I still have yet to make time for - but I hope to soon!! The only hiccup was when it was time to drive away, my car came back from tinting covered in some grease (both inside and outside). Adeline immediately went in to get a towel and completed the cleaning herself! This review is solely based on my sales experience as I have yet to need service. More
