The sales representative Jeff was very helpful and courteous went above and beyond in taking me to test drive, explaining all the new technology features that come in new X5/ Premium package. The Price negotiation was very easy. The sales manager stopped by couple of times to check on and to thank me towards the end of purchase. Jason took care of finance part. He was friendly, very knowledgeable walked me through the documents that I need to sign, recommendation of additional warranties etc.,. to make informed decision. Overall it was a pleasant experience and stress free in buying a new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Momentum BMW in Houston is a very large dealership and a relatively new facility. When you buy a car there you are forced to also buy fabric/paint protection and anti-thief products. They have already been relatively new facility. When you buy a car there you are forced to also buy fabric/paint protection and anti-thief products. They have already been applied to the vehicle so they cannot be undone. They did remove the fabric/paint product from my final price but I do not have the warranty. This is so silly because it has already been applied to the car. This indicates how much profit they make. But the worst part of my experience with Momentum was that I waited over 3 hours to pay for the car. I think this was because I was not financing the car with them and they will not make extra money in the form of interest on a loan. They totally had no respect for my time and for me as a customer. I was so ready to walk out of there after 3 hours of waiting. Finally, we finished the payment process. When I got home and looked at the paper work I noticed they added a line item called vehicle inventory tax. My final price was not changed but this fee is not suppose to be pass to the consumer. Would I be wrong to call them crooks. More
