My X1 wouldn’t start on Christmas Eve, late morning at that, around 11:00am. After a “jump-start” from BMW Roadside service, I took it to the dealership & they just did an excellent job of assessing & ult that, around 11:00am. After a “jump-start” from BMW Roadside service, I took it to the dealership & they just did an excellent job of assessing & ultimately replacing it, especially at the last minute. I had family in from out of state & it would have been a disaster had it not been for the exceptional service department of this dealership. They have always come through for me again & again! More
