Do yourself a favor and go to any other BMW dealership in Houston than Momentum or Max White. I have worked with all of the Houston area BMW dealerships over the years (have purchased 9 BMWs and counting). I Houston than Momentum or Max White. I have worked with all of the Houston area BMW dealerships over the years (have purchased 9 BMWs and counting). I have even bought cars from this dealership in the past and the experience was fine. However, my latest experience was very poor and showed not only poor communication but, more importantly, a strong lack of ethics. Long story short, after already having significant issues with poor communication, this dealership sold a car that I had custom ordered and had waited on for months (a BMW i4) out from under me when it arrived at the dealership, without even letting me know. I was working with Max and had been communicating with him up until the car arrived at the port. When I called to follow up with him to see if it had arrived to the dealership, he told me "yes and it's already sold". He then claimed I had told him I didn't want the car - an absolute lie. As a matter of fact, the last correspondence I have with him was asking him to send me the build sheet for the car, which he did. While I would expect this behavior from a low-end used car lot, I never expected it from a BMW dealership. Not only is this completely unethical, but it left me in a bind as my lease on my current M340i ends on February 5. I then reached out to the GM of the dealership, Tommy Kuranov. After leaving 2 voicemails and an email, I received no response from him. I guess the implicit response is that Momentum doesn't care, even though I have been a loyal customer of BMW for 16 years. I still love BMWs and will continue to buy them, but do not want to work with this dealership again. I only hope that this review can help others to avoid Momentum BMW. There are other great dealerships in Houston that actually want your business. More
Enrique at Momentum made the buying process easy and comfortable.
